What time does the film start?

We display the exact time that our screening starts, some other providers just give a rough guide based on sunset times. We can start at a set time due to our LED screen setup. Don't worry, we don't have hours of adverts either! To find out the start time just head over to our film section and pick the film you'd like to watch.

Can I bring my own food & drink?

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow food & beverage into our screenings as we must protect some customers who have certain allergies; however, we do have our approved venders on site providing amazing quality food and drink.

Can I bring my dog?

Most of our venue’s welcome dogs, however, please check the locations page for your chosen venue.

Can I bring my own gin?

We've teamed up with a brilliant Sponsor to sell gin on-site so unfortunately you won't be able to bring your own, however their selection is to die for!

Do the stalls accept card / contactless?

Yes, we accept all types of payment methods.

Can I buy a ticket on the gate?

Yes, if we have spaces available, however 75% of our screenings sell out.

What if the weather isn’t on our side?

As we are British, we get on with things unless it’s unsafe to do so, in which case an alternative screening date will be offered or a full refund.

Is there an age limit for the event?

The age ratings are determined by the film we are showing, the ratings can be found on our now showing page here.

What time can I arrive?

The gates open 2 hours before the screening start time, this gives you plenty of time to get a good spot and enjoy some amazing food and drink soaking up the atmosphere.

Can I change my booking to a different venue or screening?

If we have space yes, we would be more than happy to change your booking.

Can I get a refund?

Unless the event is cancelled by us, we are unable to offer refunds.
